Point A- Let us take point A as a reference high for the share price. This level was 811.6 in Feb 2020. The share price touched a low in March 2020 ( Point B ) due to the COVID-19 fall in the share market and kept on consolidating for many weeks.

Point C – The share price gave a breakout from the level of Point A, 811.6, in July 2020 and made a subsequent high of 986.45 (Point D).

Point D to E – The share price consolidated from Point D to E and remained sideways for almost eight weeks after the breakout of 986.45. At Point E, again a breakout is observed and the share price zoomed to Point F, which is at a level of 1392.8. This is an appreciation of 41% in the Infosys share price within eighteen weeks of the breakout.

Point F – The share price of Infosys consolidated for twenty-two weeks, from Point F to G. At Point G, a breakout is observed and the stock rose to the level of 1953.9 by the week of 17 January 2022. At Point H, you can observe two big red candles. The high and low of these two candles can be observed as a range and the price is in between this range.

In case the price breaks out of this range from the upper level, the price may move further upside. If it comes out of the range from the bottom, then it will be a breakdown.
